Welcome to Behind The Mock!

Welcome to the first issue of Behind The Mock (BTM), TMP’s blog! It’s a place for Mockitors to welcome, announce, vent, or simply step out of character and speak directly to our readers about what’s happening in TMP, such as new features, changes, and the weirdness and fun of building something like The Mocking Post.

It’s part editorial notebook, part therapy, part “what are we thinking?!?!?” This is the place where you’ll find the thoughts we don’t always headline, the stories behind the stories, and the occasional chaos of trying to stay funny in a world that keeps writing its satire. It’s a damn competition with reality.

If you’ve found this, you’re probably one of us: curious, skeptical, creative, a little tired, but still showing up with a spark. So welcome. This is where the curtain lifts, and sometimes falls over mid-sentence.
